My brother had purchased custom jewelry from here (he lives in Pennsylvania) we were able to pick it up and add a gold chain, which the owner did right on the spot. Beyond happy with the service!

The owner was so helpful when I took a ring in to resize and he found out that the ring I had bought elsewhere was falsely advertised. He explained everything to me patiently and I got such a good feeling from him that I ended up coming back and buying a new ring, which he resized on the spot.

I’m always real effy about jewelry stores but this particular one was great energy from the get. Andre’s customer service was prompt, professional and kind. I didn’t feel rushed. He answered all my questions, Made suggestions and allowed me to pick the perfect custom anklet for my fiancé anniversary. Great prices. Great service. I would recommend anyone to come here to get any kind of jewelry! Thank you!

After shopping around at a few local stores in our area we decided upon Bella Jewelry. They were not pushy like some of the other places and they were extremely personable. We had my wedding ring and earrings for my mother and mother-in-law commissioned from Sam and Bella Jewelry. It took some time (about a month and some change) but it was WELL worth the wait.

Best jewelry store ever. My mom has been going to Sam since I was a child, and we're still supporting him. Now, when you go, always ask for Sam. If Sam's is not there, trust and believe his employees have the best customer service skills ever. They will always help you. Don't forget Bella's jewelry store is the best in Brooklyn hands down
